Today I report the the news that long time member, Bob Slazer, has been recovering at home from a recent illness.
Shortly after the September meeting, Bob was taken ill. The reports are good and Bob is recouperating at home with the help of Ruth and his family and friends. Please add Bob to your list for prayers and get well cards. We hope to see Bob back at our club meetings as soon as he is fully recovered.
On December 18th., 2011, Ring 41, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, released version 1 of their new mobile phone app for the Windows Phone OS. The app is in the English language only, but was release worldwide in the Windows Phone Marketplace. Already, the app has been downloaded by phone users in 12 different countries around the world.
The app's main feature is a direct RSS feed to the front page of our existing website at www.ibmring41.com . Our website is updated on a regular basis, so the app is always up-to-date on the current club news. The app also has contact information for our Officers so that any out of town magicians can easily get in touch with our group. We also include links to many of our members websites, making it easy to find a magician for your next gathering. Since we like to promote our art of magic, we have also included links to other local magicians websites, regardless of membership in our club.
Order of Merlin.
