We are putting out a call to the membership for volunteers to help with the Auction on May 1st., 2011. As we all know, there has been a core group of members helping run the auction for many years now. It's time for some new blood to step up and lend a hand during this annual event. If you would like to help make this auction the best auction to date, please contact a board member and volunteer some of your time this coming May.

What Kind Of Member Are You?

Are you an active member,
  the kind that would be missed;
Or are you just content
  that your name is on the list.

Do you attend meetings,
  and mingle with the flock;
Or do you stay at your own home
  and criticize and knock.

Do you work on committees,
  to see there is no trick;
Or leave the work to just a few
  and talk about the clique.

So, come to the meeting often,
  and help with hand and heart;
Don't be just a member
  But take an active part.
